Sylvanus is a seasoned fundraising and project management expert, with over nine years of experience in the non-profit sector. As the founder and director of SM Consultants, he is responsible for setting the consultancy’s vision and strategic direction, making critical business decisions, and ensuring alignment with clients’ goals. As a systems thinker, Sylvanus excels at identifying patterns and interconnections within complex projects, which enhances the firm’s ability to develop holistic and sustainable solutions that meet clients’ needs.
He holds an MBA in Project Management from Guglielmo Marconi University in Italy, he also has an academic background in international business management, community development and Social work. Sylvanus’s expertise and dedication drive impactful initiatives that uplift communities and foster lasting partnerships.
